As reported by Pink Floyd over the last few weeks, to celebrate the release of the remasters back catalogue and the 35th Anniversary of Animals, they have flown a pig once again through the funnels at Battersea Power Station.
We at The Evil Jam arranged an interview with an album preview with Steve and his wife Jo at their home. On Saturday 10th September Michael and I went along and we had some wonderful refreshments and a catch up conversation as friends would do so normally.
I was browsing local sites around Birmingham and Coventry for bands that were playing and I stumbled upon ‘Endless Knot’ performing at Taylor Johns. After inviting some friends and basically going out on a whim (it was after all £5 tickets) we headed to Taylor Johns around 7pm on Friday in the hope of hearing something spectacular.
We always like to see interesting pieces of art or a incredibly stunning music video. Viktor Hertz made some simplistic (if a tad Portal like) posters for songs and artists. A clever use of iconography and a great theme they couldn’t help but create a bit of a smile. Also, Pink Floyd’s The Wall Immersion Boxset Details have been released. Seven discs will be included, six CD’s and a DVD will make up the entire package.
